CPA society elects vice president

Neville Grusd has been elected a vice president of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants. The Great Neck resident is executive vice president of Merchant Factors Corp. and president of Merchant Financial Corp., both Manhattan companies specializing in factoring and financing small- and medium-sized companies.
