Aerospace manufacturer CPI Aerostructures Inc. has filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission for an extension in issuing its annual 10-K report for the year ended Dec. 31.
The 12b-25 filing will give the Edgewood company an additional 15 days to file the annual 10-K, which had been due on March 15. The company said that the delay was related to auditors’ review of its financial statements for the fourth quarter and the full year.
Shares of CPI Aerostructures lost 4.1 percent Wednesday to $7.82. CPI’s stock at the close was down almost 20 percent year to date. In morning trading Thursday, its shares fell a penny to $7.81, according to data from the New York Stock Exchange.
