CVS opening in Lynbrook
Island Associates Real Estate Inc., of Smithtown, has helped broker a deal for a long-term lease that brought a new CVS store to Lynbrook.
It's at 633 Merrick Rd. in Lynbrook, former site of a Cadillac dealership.
In the deal CVS agreed to pay $425,000 a year for the next 25 years, Roger A. Delisle Jr., Island Associates managing director, said last week. He represented CVS.
The 13,000 square foot store, with drive-through service, is on a parcel of land measuring about two acres.
