Several dietary health supplements distributed by a Ronkonkoma company have been recalled because they may be a health risk to people allergic to soy, according to The Associated Press.

The supplements may contain soy, which is not listed as an ingredient. The maker of the products, Leiner Health Products, is owned by NBTY Inc. of Ronkonkoma.

The products are "select 10-count containers of Air Shield, Air Protector, Immune System Support and AirHealth effervescent tablets, along with eight-stick containers of Stick Packs powder," the AP said.

So far, there are no consumer health problems linked to the recalled items, which were sold nationwide under a number of different labels. The report said details are available by phone at 888-534-6370.
