Net revenue: $10,524,000, compared with $10,039,000 the previous year.
Company statement: Year-to-year income was affected by an impairment charge of $250,000 in the final quarter of fiscal 2010. Year-to-year comparative income was also affected by gains in 2009 of $3.9 million from the sale of former subsidiaries NF Roasters and Miami Subs.
