Employers face deadline for employee-rights poster

As of Nov. 14, most private-sector employers must post a notice advising employees of their rights under the National Labor Relations Act.
The law gives employees the right to organize a union and to discuss wages, benefits and other terms and conditions of employment with co-workers or a union, among other things.
Employers can download a copy of the notice here.
The notice also lists the categories of workers exempted from the NLRA.
