Execs buy Comtech stock

Three executives at Comtech Telecommunications Corp., of Melville, acquired company stock last week, buying shares on the open market and exercising options, federal Securities and Exchange Commission records show. The transactions took place Wednesday.
Michael Porcelain, chief financial officer, exercised options to buy 7,545 shares at $11.67 per share, and bought 725 shares the same day at $28.15, bringing his overall holdings to 26,155.
Fred Kornberg, above left, the chief executive, bought 5,000 shares at $28.29, bringing his current total holdings to 344,874 shares.
Also, Jerome Kapelus, senior vice president, bought 1,000 shares at $27.32, bringing his holdings to 3,000.
