Fashion to Figure opens at Westfield Sunrise Mall

Fashion to Figure, the plus-sized women’s apparel retailer, has opened its second Long Island store at the Westfield Sunrise Mall in Massapequa.

The new location, which will be the 11th brick-and-mortar store in the chain, is part of the company’s expansion in the tri-state area. The store is open but it will hold an official grand opening event between 1 and 5 p.m. on Sept. 15.

Like the other shops, the new location will feature fashion trends from basics to “cutting-edge styles” for sizes 12 to 26, the company said. It is located on the mall’s upper level across from Rue 21.

The chain was founded in 2002 by the two great-grandsons of Lena H. Bryant, founder and entrepreneur of the plus-sized chain Lane Bryant, the company said.
