Former NYS lawyer joins firm

Erin M. O'Grady-Parent has joined Guercio & Guercio of Farmingdale and upstate Latham, as a partner. She will focus her practice on education, municipal and employment law at the firm's Latham office. The Waterford, N.Y., resident was acting counsel and deputy commissioner for legal affairs at the New York State Education Department in Albany.
