Franchise businesses is the topic of a workshop on Tuesday morning in Hauppauge.

Stuart Levenberg, an executive with the Kensington Co., will discuss franchise opportunities, how to find the right business opportunity for you and financing. Roslyn Heights-based Kensington is a business brokerage that helps people buy and sell companies including franchises.

Before joining Kensington, Levenberg worked for the owner of 14 Arthur Treacher’s Fish & Chips restaurants and then for Arthur Treacher’s corporate office.

The workshop will run from 9:30 a.m. to noon at the Suffolk County One-Stop Employment Center, 725 Veterans Memorial Hwy., Hauppauge.
