Francis Moschella, Pall Corp.'s corporate controller and chief accounting officer, will leave the company effective April 1, according to a Securities and Exchange Commission filing. Chief financial officer Akhil Johri assumed the role of chief accounting officer last Friday, according to the brief filing that said Moschella was leaving "to pursue other interests."
The Port Washington-based filtration company declined to comment.
Moschella joined Pall as vice president and corporate controller in May 2006 from General Electric Co. Pall's leadership was shaken up in 2011 when CEO Eric Krasnoff stepped down after disclosing an extramarital relationship with the company's general counsel, Sandra Marino, who also left her post.
