Today is July 11 — which means it's Slurpee Day at 7-Eleven.

Each year, 7-Eleven and Speedway convenience stores offer free small Slurpees — a frozen slushy drink available in a variety of flavors — to all customers. No purchase is necessary, and there’s a limit of one per customer, according to a press release.

There are more than 100 7-Eleven locations on Long Island and at least 50 Speedways. Find one near you using this locator tool.

This year, to mark the company’s 98th anniversary, 7-Eleven is giving 7Rewards members a free temporary tongue tattoo featuring a stylized “S.” Members can also receive an additional free Slurpee during July, the company said.

A limited-edition flavor has also been released for Slurpee Day — Mountain Dew Infinite Swirl, a blue pineapple-berry blend.

7-Eleven, Inc. is based in Irving, Texas and operates, franchises and licenses more than 13,000 stores throughout the U.S. and Canada, according to the company. It is a wholly owned subsidiary of Seven & I Holdings in Japan.
