Fuoco Group launches commercial funding division

Fuoco Group, an accounting consultant in Hauppauge, announced this week that it launched a new division, Fuoco Commercial Funding.

The new group will offer commercial real estate advisory and lending services, and may also expand to focus on commercial equipment lease financing for medical and production equipment, said Fred Ferrara, the president of Fuoco Commercial Lending.

The company will be based in Hauppauge, while also retaining offices in North Palm Beach, Fla.

Fuoco Commercial Funding will be staffed mainly by current Fuoco employees in the beginning, but could hire up to over a dozen new staffers depending on business demand in the first year, Ferrara said.
