Clarification: Nuclear Plant-Georgia story

ATLANTA — In a story August 30 about a nuclear power plant in Georgia, The Associated Press described certain spending as wasteful. The story should have made clear that Georgia Power Co., while not asking for ratepayers to pay for the spending, did not describe it as wasteful.
