Grumman-inspired clothing line
A new line of clothing, Vintage Grumman, was to see its launch at Long Island MacArthur Airport on Friday, the airport said in a news release.
The Paradies gift shop at the Ronkonkoma airport terminal will take part in the launch.
The Vintage Grumman line will include hats, T-shirts and mugs.
The clothing line hearkens back to the Grumman aerospace factories on Long Island that produced U.S. military aircraft and the Apollo lunar module.
A portion of the profits from the product line, introduced by Northrop Grumman employee and entrepreneur Ted Kole, is to benefit Grumman retirees.
