Net income: Profit of $11.2 million, compared with profit of $8.1 million in the same period last year.

Net sales: $242 million compared with $250.8 million in the year-ago quarter.

Outlook: "Consumption is improving across the Hain Celestial U.S. portfolio as we move beyond 2009's difficult comparisons."
