Hampton builders speak in Manila

Two luxury home builders from the Hamptons have just returned from an international environmental conference in the Philippines where they led sessions on green building techniques.
Telemark Inc. executives Frank Dalene and Tim Dalene attended the Manila event, sponsored by the Asian Development Bank, Telemark said in a Friday news release. They led presentations on LEED, or Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design.
Wainscott-based Telemark is a subsidiary of Hamptons Luxury Homes, of Bridgehampton. Telemark builds and remodels luxury homes, specializing in environmentally sustainable structures with geothermal cooling systems, passive and active solar power, and engineered lumber.
