Henry Schein wants its customers to think pink.

The Melville-based global distributor of health care goods is offering a dozens of its products in limited-edition shades of pink to mark National Breast Cancer Awareness Month. They have pink syringes, pink exam gloves, pink surgical masks, pink cover gowns — even pink dental saliva ejectors.

Through December, the company will donate a portion of sales from the pink products to the American Cancer Society. Over the past seven years, Henry Schein’s “Think Pink, Practice Pink” program has raised more than $500,000, the company said.

“We are proud to partner with the American Cancer Society to raise awareness and support individuals undergoing treatment,” Henry Schein chairman and chief executive Stanley M. Bergman said.

With $8.5 billion in sales last year, Henry Schein is one of the largest companies on Long Island. It employees 15,000 people, including roughly 1,200 on Long Island.
