Hiring events this week for up to 60 jobs in Suffolk
Two recruitment events in Suffolk County this week are hiring for potentially 60 jobs locally, according to the Suffolk County labor department.
Tuesday, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. -- Visual Citi, a signage and printing company in West Babylon, will be hiring production workers, machine operators, maintenance technicians and fabrication assistants at an on-site recruitment event. Fifteen open posts are available.
Wednesday, 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. -- Staffing agency Hired by Matrix will be recruiting for 45 available jobs at a local manufacturer of vitamins and natural food snacks. Open positions include material handler, line runner, quality assurance inspector and assembly worker.
Both events will be at the Suffolk County One-Stop Employment Center at 725 Veterans Memorial Hwy., Hauppauge.
Those interested in attending the events should bring a resume and dress for an interview.
