Hofstra University will hold a daylong conference Tuesday titled U.S.-China: New Business Partnerships, featuring a host of speakers exploring ways local companies can break into the market of the Asian economic giant.

Brian McNally, president of Arrow Electronics Inc.’s global components specialty business, is to be the  breakfast speaker at the conference, at the University Club on the North Campus. His talk will be followed by a series of panel discussions on economics, legal perspectives and accounting and finance issues.
