Intellicheck Mobilisa Inc. on Monday will begin sending out notices to stockholders, telling them that the company’s next annual meeting will be held at its Jericho offices.

The defense ID scanning company has headquarters near Seattle but a major sales and research office in Jericho.

The shareholder meeting will be Nov. 9 at 10 a.m. at Intellicheck's new offices at 100 Jericho Quadrangle, Suite 202.

Intellicheck bills itself as "a global leader in access control and wireless security systems."

Chief executive Nelson Ludlow will talk about the company's performance, recent contracts and acquisitions.

"I am excited to meet with our shareholders in person and review our strategy and our progress over the past year," Ludlow said in a prepared statement.

"We will discuss our development of new products, key, new senior talent, several new contract wins and the addition of new clients, and a heightened profile in the marketplace."
