Two job fairs are scheduled to take place on Friday, in Nassau and Suffolk Counties.

Nassau's 11th Mega Job Fair will take place at Nassau Community College, One Education Drive, Building P, Garden City, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Veterans are admitted starting at 9 a.m. Admission is free. Employers will be recruiting entry-level and middle-management employees, licensed professionals and applicants for hospitality, health, information-technology and union jobs. Parking at the college is free.  

Also on Friday, Suffolk will hold its fifth annual National Disability Employment Awareness Month Job Fair from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the One Stop Employment Center 725 Veterans Memorial Highway, Hauppauge. Companies in the fields of health care, retail, manufacturing, customer service and information technology, among others, are scheduled to attend. 

"In Suffolk County there are more than 283,000 residents with disabilities that are in need of our assistance," County Executive Steve Bellone said in a statement.
