Jackie Maragni of West Babylon has relied on unemployment benefits since she lost her job in March of 2020. She along with tens of thousands  of Long Islanders will lose their benefits entirely on Sunday, and the weekly payments to thousands more will be cut by $300 when key federal aid programs enacted for the pandemic expire.
