Donna A. Napolitano has joined the Garden City law firm of Berkman, Henoch, Peterson, Peddy & Fenchel as an associate focusing on federal civil rights and state litigation. She was most recently the general litigation bureau chief at the office of the Nassau County Attorney and lives in Merrick.
