LI developer touts website for Conn. project

Renaissance website
The Plainview real estate developer Renaissance Downtowns has launched a website for its new city redevelopment project in Connecticut.
The site, rdatbristol.com, focuses on the developer's Bristol, Conn., revitalization. The company has a similar website for its Glen Cove downtown development project, glenisle.com
Renaissance points to the new project as part of regional and national trends "that demonstrate a strong market desire for a return to downtown living, especially in smaller, boutique cities such as Bristol."
In coming months Renaissance Downtown plans to engage Bristol residents and leaders in an open, public and inclusive process as it builds a new, mixed-use downtown center with stores, restaurants and other amenities that will attract both visitors and local residents.
