Neil Asnen has been promoted to chair of the alarm defense litigation practice group at Kirschenbaum & Kirschenbaum in Garden City. He will concentrate on defending alarm companies in complex commercial, contract and corporate disputes. He was previously an associate and resides in Queens.

Centra360, a brand-activation agency based in Westbury, has announced three promotions:

John Northrop, who resides in Huntington, has been promoted to vice president for digital solutions. He previously was digital director.

Susan Mysel, a resident of Commack, has been promoted to senior brand activation director. She was a senior account executive.

Linda Suraci-Malerba, a resident of Huntington, has also been promoted to senior brand activation director. She was a senior account program director.
