William Caulfield joins as senior managing director and will specialize in investment sales and property management. The St. James resident was a senior asset manager at Hanover Partners in Greenwich, Conn.
Michael Rescigno joins as senior managing director and will specialize in office and investment properties. The Commack resident was principal of Eastern Commercial Real Estate, also in Commack.
Kenan Hiz joins as sales associate and will specialize in industrial and office sales and leasing. The Port Jefferson resident was the general manager of Huntington Nissan.
