FINANCE
James M. Kenny has joined The East End Financial Group in Riverhead as an investment adviser/retirement plan specialist. He was previously a financial adviser at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney in Garden City and lives in Hempstead.

LAW
Lara Jean Ancona has been promoted to partner at the Great Neck law firm of Garfunkel Wild. She is a member of the health care, health care information and technology, HIPPA compliance and insurance regulatory practice groups. The Huntington resident has been with the firm since 2001.

BOARDS
Jude Schanzer, Freeport resident and director of cultural programs and public relations at the East Meadow Public Meadow Library, has joined the board of directors of Long Island Traditions, a regional folk arts and traditional architecture organization based in Port Washington.

FINANCE
Frank Vitale has joined Grassi & Co. in Jericho as director of marketing. He previously worked at KPMG in Manhattan. He is a Woodbury resident.
