Alan Schnurman has joined the real estate firm Saunders & Associates in Bridgehampton as senior vice president. The Manhattan and Bridgehampton resident retired last year from his position as senior partner in the personal injury and insurance law firm of Zalman & Schnurman, and he is founder of Lawline.com, a continuing education site for attorneys. Schnurman is also a real estate investor and developer.

RECREATION

Jonathan Semmig of Bridgehampton has been named superintendent of Tallgrass Golf Course in Shoreham. He previously served as assistant golf course superintendent of Atlantic Golf Club in Bridgehampton.

William J. Wagner Jr. of Farmingdale has been named chairman of the board of directors of The Pershing Rifles Foundation Inc., a group that works to fund scholarships for ROTC members, as well as funding educational and community service programs. He is president of Wagner Consulting, a telecommunications technology consulting firm.
