Michael Tucker of Port Washington has joined Oxford & Simpson Realty Services in Jericho as a licensed salesman. He previously was executive vice president of sales for H.F. MFG Corp. in Manhattan.

William McDonald, a resident of Smithtown, has joined Campolo, Middleton & McCormick in Ronkonkoma as counsel. He will serve as head of the health care and white-collar defense practice areas. He previously was in private practice in Garden City.

TECHNOLOGY

MedNet Technologies in Melville has announced six promotions.

Brian Hancock of Centereach has been promoted to senior director-client services. He will lead client services/Internet marketing and development. He previously served as director of Web development.

Steven Ruhs of Franklin Square has been promoted to senior director-creative services. He will lead the Web design and development process. He previously served as director of Web design.

Andre Arias of Westbury has been promoted to associate director-creative services/ Web designer. He will also direct the Web design/content staff. He previously was senior Web content developer.

April Jiminez of Medford has been promoted to associate director-client services/Internet marketing. This role includes the direction of the Internet marketing staff. She previously was an SEO account consultant.

Ivanka Kostial of Queens has been promoted to associate director-creative services/Web graphic design. She will also direct the Web graphic design staff. She was a senior Web designer.

Joe Varlack of Wheatley Heights has been promoted to associate director-client services/Web development. He will also direct the Web development staff. He was a customer service manager.

EDUCATION

Margarett Williams of Bohemia has been promoted to director of externship programs and employer relations at Touro Law Center in Central Islip. She was assistant dean of career services.

MARKETING

Angelo Ippolito of Bethpage has joined Driven Local, a digital ad agency in Melville, as director of sales. He was digital sales manager at Newsday Media Group in Melville.

BOARDS

Kenneth Gray of Rockville Centre has been appointed to the board of the Nassau County Firefighters Museum in Garden City. He is a law partner at Bee Ready Fishbein Hatter & Donovan in Garden City.

Goldschmitt of East Norwich has been elected to the board of directors for the Nassau Chapter of the New York State Society of CPAs. He is a certified public accountant and director at EisnerAmper in Syosset.

BANKING

Frank Cunha of Carle Place has been promoted from assistant store manager to sales and service manager at TD Bank in Westbury.
