Stephen Fitzpatrick has joined a Manhattan branch of TD Bank as vice president and store manager. He lives in Dix Hills and was most recently a branch manager at HSBC Bank USA in Queens Village.

Steven R. Brown has joined HSBC Bank as vice president, branch manager. He joins the Garden City branch from New York Community Bank in Forest Hills, where the Woodbury resident was a financial consultant.

REAL ESTATE
Richard Catapano has joined Century 21 AA Realty in Lindenhurst as a salesman. He was most recently a financial service associate at Primerica Financial in Lindenhurst, which is also the community in which he lives.

LAW
Cynthia Nierer has joined the Syosset law firm Pitnick & Margolin Llp as an associate. The Queens resident most recently held a similar position at The Hopp Law Firm in Syosset.
