Michael Narciso has been named associate group director at Signature Bank and will work from a midtown Manhattan office. He was a branch manager at several North Fork Bank/Capital One locations in Manhattan and is a Hicksville resident.

Benita Mickens has been promoted to assistant director of housing at the Town of Islip Housing Authority. She was promoted from rental subsidy program coordinator and lives in Bay Shore.

Judith N. Littman has been promoted to partner at Lewis Johs Avallone Aviles in Melville. The Melville resident most recently served as an associate and will continue her litigation practice.
