Alexandra Struzzieri of Port Washington has been hired as an associate attorney at Futterman, Lanza & Pasculli in Smithtown. She was an associate at Latham & Watkins in Manhattan.

Lauren Corcoran-Doolin of Bellmore has been hired as vice president of external affairs at the LGBT Network in Woodbury. She was executive director of the CANA Foundation in Muttontown.

The Center for Developmental Disabilities Inc. in Woodbury has made two promotions.

Amy Barker of Manorville, an assistant director for CDD and affiliate Independent Group Home Living Program clinics, has been promoted as CDD’s associate executive director.

Jay Silverstein of Bayport, executive director of the children’s day program, has been promoted to CDD executive director.

Independent Group Home Living Program in Manorville has a promotion and a new hire.

Frank Lombardi of Wading River, chief operating officer, has been promoted to acting executive director.

Shawn Hirst of Lake Ronkonkoma has been hired as director of development. She was executive director of East End Arts in Riverhead.

HEALTH CARE

Dr. Joana N. Forsea of Glen Cove has been hired as an orthodontist and clinical director at Glen Cove Orthodontics. She held the same position at Comfort Dental in Glen Cove.

Dr. Deepak A. Kapoor of Melville has been promoted from associate clinical professor of urology to clinical professor at The Mount Sinai Hospital in Manhattan. He also leads Advanced Urology Centers of New York in the region.
