Alyson Bruu has been hired as director of marketing at Wayside Fence Co. in Bay Shore. She was director of marketing at Ferrandino & Son, a service supply management firm in Farmingdale.

Janet Hill of Great Falls, Virginia, principal at Hill Family Advisors in Fairfax, Virginia, has been appointed to the board of directors of Esquire Financial Holdings Inc., the holding company for Esquire Bank in Garden City.

Theresa Jacobellis of Centerport has been named vice president of marketing at Paradigm Health Plans in Melville, a subsidiary of Paradigm Health Holdings. She was assistant vice president of marketing and public affairs at Good Samaritan Hospital Medical Center in West Islip and assistant marketing VP at Catholic Health Services. She is also an adjunct professor in the Lawrence Herbert School of Communication at Hofstra University in Hempstead.
