Anthony Perfetti of Westbury has joined as chief financial and administrative officer. He was previously the assistant treasurer at Molloy College.
Richard VanDyke of Northport has joined as director of business operations. He was previously the assistant information technology director at AHRC Nassau in Brookville.
Joel Santana of Sayville has been promoted from assistant director of quality management to director of regulatory affairs.
Donna Celardo of Syosset has been promoted from assistant director of residential services to director of day and community support services.

Mathew Boals of Bellport has been promoted from operations director at Simon's Roosevelt Field in Garden City to general manager at Simon's Walt Whitman Shops in Huntington Station.
