Long Island hires and promotions: Beth Giacummo, Farmingdale State Memorial Gallery
EDUCATION
Beth Giacummo of Patchogue has joined Farmingdale State College as director of the Memorial Gallery. She is also senior curator at the Islip Art Museum, where her full title is curatorial and exhibition director. She was a gallery coordinator and faculty member at Briarcliffe College in Bethpage.
Regina Farinaccio of Port Washington has been named assistant coordinator for the Nassau BOCES Parent-Child Home Program in Garden City. She was pre-K community services director for the Port Washington school district.
Robelis Reynoso of Southampton has been appointed assistant principal of Sag Harbor Elementary School. She was a bilingual social worker and an assistant to the superintendent of schools for the Wainscott Common district.

Gordon Hope Jr. of Miller Place has been named director of security solutions for Applied DNA Sciences Inc. in Stony Brook. He directed integrated solutions at Honeywell International in Melville.
TECHNOLOGY
Nikki Corsini of Hauppauge has been appointed marketing automation specialist at SmartSource Computer & Audio Visual Rentals in Hauppauge. She was a marketing and social media manager with Nickerson Corp. in Bay Shore.
