Long Island hires and promotions: Brad Bassuk, Westerman Ball Ederer

Brad Bassuk of Plainview, associate to partner in real estate

Robert Guazzo of Manhattan, counsel to partner in corporate law

Ellen Tobin of Long Beach, associate to partner in commercial litigation

Daniel Valsamopoulos of Great Neck, associate to partner in corporate law

Gabriella E. Botticelli of Sunnyside, Queens, has been hired as a tax certiorari associate at Forchelli Deegan Terrana in Uniondale. She was a law clerk at the firm and is a graduate of George Washington University Law School.

Howard Fielstein of Merrick has been hired as a partner at Grassi & Co. in Jericho. He was a partner at Citrin Cooperman in Manhattan.
