Christopher Gracia of Farmingdale has been hired as general manager at Spuntino Wine Bar & Italian Tapas in Garden City. He was general manger at Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza in Great Neck.

Laura Schwier of Huntington, chief operating officer at ICC Logistics Services Inc. in Hicksville, has been promoted to president.

BEB Capital, a developer in Port Washington, has a new hire and a promotion.

Patrick Oberlies of Lindenhurst, an accounting director, was an audit and tax manager at Mazars USA in Manhattan.

Donna Gehnrich of Syosset, a paralegal, has been promoted to operations manager.

EDUCATION

Jorge Roig of Great Neck, associate professor at Touro Law Center in Central Islip, has been appointed to direct its neighborhood programs, which includes local middle and high schools.
