Long Island hires and promotions: Dr. Jonathan Berkowitz, Center for Emergency Medical Services

Dr. Jonathan Berkowitz of Manhattan has been named medical director of Northwell Health’s Center for Emergency Medical Services in Syosset. He was medical director of the Westchester Medical Center Health Transfer Center in Valhalla and its Health Regional Emergency Services.

EDUCATION

Peter Ausili of Ridge has been hired as assistant dean for career and professional development at Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center in Central Islip. He was a law clerk for the late U.S. District Court Judge Leonard D. Wexler in Central Islip.

Patrick M. Fannon of West Islip has been hired as director of development at the Greater Long Island Running Club Inc. in Plainview. He was a special event and community coordinator at Ocean Breeze Athletic Complex on Staten Island.
