Sanjay Kapur of Huntington has been hired as chief financial officer and vice president of finance at SmartSource Computer and Audio Visual Rentals in Hauppauge. He was chief financial officer and director of finance at A.E. Petsche, an Arrow Electronics Co. in Arlington, Texas.

Mary Fuchs of East Meadow has been named director of advancement for the Sisters of St. Dominic of Amityville. She was director of development for St. Dominic Church in Oyster Bay where she was responsible for parish and school fundraising.
