Long Island hires and promotions: Jennifer Kelly, Air Charter Services Inc.

Air Charter Service Inc. in Uniondale has announced two promotions and one new hire.

Jordan Hinsch of Long Beach has been promoted from assistant vice president for executive jets to vice president for executive jets.

Gabriel Sandler of Bethpage has been promoted from assistant director to director for executive jets.

Jennifer Kelly of Syosset has joined as human resources manager. She was a human resources generalist at Country-Wide Insurance Co. in Manhattan.

ASSOCIATIONS

Georgia Kuhen of South Setauket has been elected director for the Long Island region of the Association of Community Living. She directs mental health residential services at Options for Community Living Inc. in Smithtown.

CONSTRUCTION

John Lopusnak of Patchogue has joined Racanelli Construction Co. Inc. in Melville as assistant project manager. He was junior project manager at J. Kokolakis Contracting in Bohemia.
