Michelle Monteforte, of Bellmore, has been hired at the Bellmore office. She was a sales associate at Verizon Wireless in Merrick.

Katrine Petersen, of Levittown, has been hired at the Bellmore regional office. She was a bartender at Miller’s Ale House in Levittown.

Adam Slutsky, of Dix Hills, has been hired at the Dix Hills office. He was president of Cambridge Art and Framing in Farmingdale.

Ronit Aram, of Great Neck, has been hired at the Great Neck regional office. She was in sales at Weichert Realtors Castles Unlimited in Newton, Massachusetts.

Flora Rastegar, of Great Neck, has been hired at the Great Neck office. She was a sales agent at Century 21 Bay’s Edge Realty in Sayville.

Maria Fram, of Massapequa, has been hired at the Massapequa Park office. She is also an at-home beautician.

Karen Mahmud, of Amityville, has been hired at the Massapequa Park office. She is also co-owner and director of social media for OutFirst Digital in Amityville.

Sueli Schmitt, of Massapequa, has been hired at the Massapequa Park office. She was in sales at ReMax Wittney Estates in Massapequa Park.

Lisa Strazzeri, of Massapequa Park, has been hired at the Massapequa Park office. She was a graphic director at CNN Time Warner in Manhattan.

Stacey Martino, of Port Jefferson Station, has been hired at the Setauket office. She was the subprime credit director at Neil Auto Group in Medford.

Florence Barbour, of Hempstead, has been promoted to director of curriculum, instruction and professional development in New Hyde Park. She was the center director of the Plaza location in Uniondale.

Phyllis Basso, of Glen Head, has been promoted to center director of the newest location in Glen Cove. She was the center director of the Glen Head location.
