Long Island hires and promotions: Lisa Coscia, Homes by Mara Realty

Lisa Coscia of Syosset has joined Homes by Mara Realty in Syosset as an agent. She was an elementary school teacher in Flushing and Whitestone, Queens, before raising her three children.

Signature Premier Properties has two new associate brokers.

Frances Mazer of Woodbury has been hired in Syosset. She held a similar job at Shawn Elliott Luxury Homes and Estates in East Norwich.

Carol Macaluso of Amityville has been hired in Babylon. She held a similar job at Century 21 Crown Homes in West Islip.

Frank Percesepe of Brooklyn and Southampton has been promoted to executive vice president for Brooklyn and the East End at The Corcoran Group in Brooklyn Heights. He was regional senior vice president, Brooklyn.

Suzy Douyon of Baldwin, administrator, has been appointed chief executive at Nesconset Center for Nursing & Rehabilitation.
