Marc Gelman of Dix Hills has joined as a licensed sales associate. He was an agent with Laffey Fine Homes in Huntington.

Lisa Frizol of Kings Park has joined as a licensed sales associate. She was vice president of sales at Bergo Janitorial Co. in Farmingdale.

Deborah Brooks-Gilchriest of Deer Park has joined as a new licensed sales associate. She was a receptionist at Douglas Elliman Real Estate in the Dix Hills office.

Rani Golan-Baldino of Dix Hills has joined as a new licensed sales associate. She was a building manager's assistant at FCRC First New York Partners in New York City.
