Long Island hires and promotions: Marcia R. Gardner, Molloy College

EDUCATION

Marcia R. Gardner of South Orange, New Jersey, has been hired as dean of the Barbara H. Hagan School of Nursing at Molloy College in Rockville Centre. She was associate dean for undergraduate programs and assessment at Seton Hall University in South Orange.

BANKING

Davi Tserpelis of Jericho has been hired as vice president and Long Island regional business manager at City National Bank, for its first Long Island location due to open soon. She was senior vice president at Astoria Bank in Lake Success.

NONPROFITS

John Miller of Deer Park has been hired as president and chief executive of the Guide Dog Foundation for the Blind and sister group America’s VetDogs, both in Smithtown. He was president and CEO of the Tourette Association of America in Bayside, Queens.
