Marion Kowalski of North Massapequa has been hired as controller at St. Joseph’s College in Patchogue. She was chief financial officer at Bank Street College of Education in Manhattan.
Anthony Lubrano of Massapequa, principal of Old Country Road Elementary School in Hicksville, has been appointed assistant superintendent for curriculum/instruction in Hicksville School District.
Mary T. O’Meara of Lindenhurst has been hired as assistant superintendent for curriculum/instruction in Plainview-Old Bethpage Central School District. She was curriculum associate in English and library media in Massapequa Public Schools.

John V. Terrana of Huntington, a partner at Forchelli Deegan Terrana in Uniondale, has been appointed to Lynx Mortgage Bank’s commercial division advisory board in Westbury.
