Long Island hires and promotions: Marlena Wozowicz, Coastal Cabinet Works

DESIGN

Marlena Wozowicz, of Riverhead, has been hired as a designer at Coastal Cabinet Works in Southampton. She was a freelance kitchen designer.

HOSPITALITY

Michael Bonawandt, of Manorville, has been hired as general manager at Danfords Hotel & Marina in Port Jefferson. He directed operations at the Hyatt Regency in Hauppauge.

LAW

Jason Tomitz, of South Huntington, has been hired as a tax associate at Farrell Fritz in Uniondale. He was an associate at Kramer, Levin, Naftalis & Frankel in Manhattan.

ASSOCIATIONS

Michelle Espey, of Commack, an associate at Moritt Hock & Hamroff in Garden City, has been appointed co-chair of the tax law committee of the Nassau County Bar Association .

Robert M. Harper, of Garden City, an associate at Farrell Fritz in Uniondale, has been appointed to the New York State Bar Association’s civil practice laws and rules committee.
