Long Island hires and promotions: Michael Quinn, Touro College law center

Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center in Central Islip has two new hires.
Michael Quinn of Massapequa, director of development, was director of alumni relations and giving at the College of Mount Saint Vincent in the Bronx.
Gabrielle Cleaves of Centereach, assistant director of alumni and continuing education, was a law assistant in the Nassau County District Attorney’s office in Mineola.
North Bellmore School District has appointed two administrators.
Danica Brugge of North Merrick, assistant principal of Saw Mill Road Elementary School, has been appointed interim principal of John G. Dinkelmeyer Elementary School.
Jim O’Brien of Wantagh, a sixth grade teacher at Saw Mill Road Elementary School, has been appointed its interim assistant principal.

Ruth-Ann Hartney of Lindenhurst, community development/transition specialist and marketing consultant at Positive Behavior Support Consulting & Psychological Resources in Northport, has been appointed executive director of the Positive Behavior Support Community Foundation.
