Long Island hires and promotions: Director of special education named at Vincent Smith School

North Shore Eye Care has announced it has added two doctors to its team.
Dr. William Kasper of Glen Cove has joined the Garden City location. He had his own practice in Garden City.
Dr. David Immanuel, a resident of Garden City has joined the Hempstead office and had his own practice in Hempstead.

Carlo Alibrandi has joined Sun National Bank as a senior vice president responsible for all commercial real estate lending in New York. The Massapequa resident will be based at the bank's Manhattan office.
