Long Island hires and promotions: Rita DiStefano, Hauppauge Industrial Association

BOARDS

Michael  DeLuca of Long Beach has been appointed to the NuHealth/ Nassau University Medical Center board of directors in East Meadow. He retired from Nassau University Medical Center as chief operating officer.

Rita DiStefano of Smithtown has been appointed chairwoman of the board of directors of Hauppauge Industrial Association in Hauppauge. She is director of human resources consulting at Portnoy, Messinger, Pearl & Associates in Syosset.

REAL ESTATE

Louise Mancuso of Freeport has joined Century 21 American Homes in Wantagh as a licensed real estate sales agent. She held a similar position at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Bellmore.

Ellyn Magee of Plandome has joined Daniel Gale Sotheby's International Realty in Manhasset as a real estate sales agent. She was a real estate sales agent at Accents on Real Estate/Real Living in Manhasset.
